The introversion (I), intuition (N), and feeling (F) aspects play out in my pastoral sensibilities as well as my soulful inner life and spiritual leadership. I feel with others naturally and deeply. The NF combination shows up in my imagination and idealism. My strong organizing inclinations (J) influence my work style, although this trait has tempered over time and I operate sometimes in a spontaneous, playful manner as well. The overall combination (INFJ), known as the Practical Dreamer, is noted for interpersonal and aesthetic sensibilities, as well as leadership grounded in integrity. Being an INFJ is said to put me in the company of Jesus, Gandhi, Carl Jung, Eleanor Roosevelt, MLK, and Mandela, plus – for the sci fi fans – Capt. Picard and Yoda.
