I speak to the search for meaning, belonging, purpose, and well-being, drawing on my experience as a seasoned minister and companion to others, my own adventurous spiritual journey, and the study of everything from meditation and world religions to high demand groups and spiritual abuse.
The myriad crises and escalating uncertainty of our era heighten our natural, higher needs. But it's not an easy time to be a seeker. Traditional religion has lost credibility and appeal for many people. Spirituality - wellness - personal development have become commodities in our capitalist society. Undue influence, conspiracy theories and magical thinking abound, not to mention plain old-fashioned money-making and ego-boosting motives.
My posts are intended to support those who wish to seek safely and effectively in this context, whether they are new to the search or have been burned and are healing spiritual trauma.
