As a leader, I partner with those I'm working with to articulate a mission that reflects the identity and aspirations of the group, build teams to carry out that mission, and then inspire, support, and participate with all involved to bring the mission to life.​ In shared ministry, together we do the work that love calls us to do in our corner of the world.
